What a find. Lovely pub with great atmosphere. Sunday lunch was huge and delicious. My partner had roast pork with real cracking while I settled for the homemade steak pie. We don't usually have a dessert but couldn't resist the homemade rhubarb crumble. Two pints of excellent bitter and a bill under £40. All served by friendly smiling staff. If you want excellent pub food you will have to go a long way to get better than this. Two happy customers. Thank you

We have often passed The Three Horseshoes on our way to or from the dales and decided it was about time to call in. We are so pleased that we did on the 6th October.

The lady behind the bar gave us such a huge and friendly welcome and we felt like her most valuable customers. We didn't want a large lunch so just had sandwiches on this occasion but they were so very fresh and delicious. We are planning a return for a full lunch next week

The bar lady is such an asset to the place with her warm friendly, nothing is to much trouble smile and work ethic....well done to her.

It has a really nice atmosphere inside and a good choice of ales and food.

Came for lunch after a lovely walk with my dog Gemma, Wednesday lunch- didn’t expect it to be busy- it was Packed! Lovely to see at this current time, the ladies were all lovely, happy and helpful even though they were run off their feet. Well Done.

Fabulous jacket potato with chilli and cheese and a lovely fresh interesting (not boring) salad.

We were doing a wonderful circular walk from Leyburn, along the limestone crags of The Shawl, and back across country via Wensley.

We stopped at the Three Horse Shoes for refreshment. A chilled orange juice and hot coffee was just right for two weary walkers.

We just missed food service for the afternoon, but the view from the hostelry terrace across the valley was lovely.

Large car park, great service and a nice looking menu means we shall return...

Lovely pub in a fantastic location with excellent food and friendly staff. We stopped by chance and stayed for lunch. Lots of out door seating with lovely views and plenty of space for indoor dining too. Well worth seeking out.
